What happens after purchasing template?

Once you have purchased the template, I will send you a wirefram of the bot flow so we can start customizing each element of the bot to suit your voice. We will also need access to your site so we can set up the necessary links.

Once we have completed customizing the bot for you, I will need to be added as an Editor to the Facebook Page it will be connected to so that I can set up the bot. You can remove my role as an editor once we have finish setting it up if you choose not to have monthly assistance to maintain it.

Is there any training on how to use/edit the chatbot?

Yes, a tutorial on how to edit and manage the chatbot is included. I make sure you are fully set to manage the bot yourself, but you also have the option of me managing it on a monthly basis, starting at $80/month depending on the needed updates.

What accounts do I need to use the chatbot?

You will need a Facebook page for your business, a free Chatfuel account (Chatfuel Pro starts at $30/month, but the chatbot is designed to fully functional on the free version, if you require additional features, an upgrad to Pro might be neccissary though).

If you want to send the lead information to Google Sheets or another software, you will also need a Zapier account, this too is free for up to 5 zaps (more than enough for the chatbot in its current state).

How long until the chatbot is fully functional?

Once I have your information for customising the chatbot, should be no more than 2-3 days maximum.

Do you have payment options?

Yes, you can pay 50% down and the remaining 50% once the bot is completed.
