The client is directed to leaving feedback. This gives them a chance to vent their grievances with a promise that you will be in touch to help iron out the situation. This interception means that they aren’t immediately going to go out to vent their frustrations of the situation online and you have the opportunity to diffuse the problem before they leave a negative review.

What happens after requesting the template?

If you choose the free version of the template, once you request it I will send over an instruction manual on how to edit it as well as the code you will use to import it into your Chatfuel account. You will have 24 hours to activate it on your account with the code, and from there you can use the basic instructions to edit the chatbot for your own needs.

If you choose the upgraded version where I set it up for you, I will be in touch with a wireframe so that you can indicate the wording and questions you want to use in your bot. Once you’re done, I will connect it to your page.

Is there any training on how to use/edit the chatbot?

Yes, a tutorial on how to edit and manage the chatbot is included. I make sure you are fully set to manage the bot yourself.

What accounts do I need to use the chatbot?

You will need a Facebook page for your business, a free Chatfuel account (Chatfuel Pro starts at $30/month, but the chatbot is designed to fully functional on the free version, if you require additional features, an upgrad to Pro might be neccissary though).

If you want to send the lead information to Google Sheets or another software, you will also need a Zapier account, this too is free for up to 5 zaps (more than enough for the chatbot in its current state).

How long until the chatbot is fully functional?

Once I have your information for customising the chatbot, should be no more than 2-3 days maximum.

Do you have payment options?

Yes, you can pay 50% down and the remaining 50% once the chatbot is completed.
